My trauma-informed, therapeutic approach includes mindfulness & somatic practices, loads of compassion, healing your brain’s default patterns, & rebuilding a healthier connection with yourself & others.

I strongly believe that you deserve a life that supports you being your best you. Living in an imperfect world can inevitably create challenges that can be overwhelming to bear by ourselves. Our past or current experiences can influence our perspective and cloud our ability to see alternative options, so therapy can be helpful for that reason alone.

I want to let you know that I’ve been there before too…I’ve been challenged to heal from past experiences & didn’t always realize my worth without trying to hustle or prove it to others in a variety of ways. I’m so glad I didn’t give up on myself though, as I’ve found my power & love deep within, and now my purpose to help others, like you.

  • Understanding Attachment Style & Unique Relational Needs

  • 500 hrs as Registered Yoga Teacher: Trained under yoga therapists with a trauma-informed approach to connect to mind, body, & emotions in safer ways

I believe my strong commitment to lifelong learning & my own personal growth allows me to provide an incredible healing space & transformation for those I work with. I am committed to offering a safe space for every(BODY): Health At Every Size (HAES) & LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am working to be a better ally to BIPOC & other marginalized communities.

I also consider myself pretty relatable & laidback. I mean, most days I wear yoga pants if I can get away with it, and I think curling up on the couch with coffee or tea in hand & any beloved furry friends nearby is the best way to get therapy started. Also, I believe that a good laugh is truly therapeutic (I would love to hear your best one-liners, memes, or jokes! Seriously though. Tell me what makes you laugh.)
