Worried that you can’t afford therapy? I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. EMDR Therapy & Traditional Talk Therapy: $165 per 50 minute session

Psychedelic Assisted Therapy: $165 an hour. If finances are a barrier for this type of therapy, let’s chat & see what options might be available.

Therapeutic Yoga & Somatic Trauma Healing Session: $125 session

I understand therapy is an investment of time, energy, & finances. We can structure our time to be as focused as you need it & discuss resources & tools to practice in-between sessions.
