Relationship Concerns
Having meaningful relationships, whether it is with friends, family members, coworkers, and/or partners, has been found to be the biggest factor to our overall happiness and emotional well-being.
Yet, relationships can be especially challenging for some due to either past negative and traumatic experiences including abuse or assault, recovery from narcissistic relationships, unhealthy family dynamics, heightened insecurities etc.
Using my knowledge of attachment styles and trauma recovery, I work with individuals to increase understanding for how they can grow in relationships.
Enhancing communication skills, increasing assertiveness, setting appropriate boundaries, and shame resiliency are examples of just a few areas that may be of focus.
Relationships are a catalyst for healing, and I hope to empower you to shield yourself from toxic relationships and choose to engage only accepting, authentic, loving connections.
